Isolergrund – building environmentally protective foundations since 2005

Isolergrund has been designing, producing and assembling pre-fabricated building foundations in Northern Europe since 2005.

Our goal is to provide property owners great value by offering a foundation with secured construction which guarantees occupants a healthier indoor environment as well as meeting all requirements in accordance with current building regulations, particularly those concerning energy and control against damp formation.

Together with RISE, the Swedish Institute of Technology, and material suppliers we have also developed an environmentally conscious Insulated Foundation surpassing all others in its reduction of emissions in manufacture and assembly . By utilising precise dimensioning , accurate structural measurement and microfibre reinforcement we have dramatically cut each foundation’s lifecycle emissions. Using Isolergrund foundations therefore helps to protect against climate change by both reduced embodied energy and energy reduction during lifetime occupancy .
